4) Get into a guild/Long Term Party
5) Botting, or hand grinding, pick some good friends
6) Be the active player, responsive & engaging with team
7) Capped, play new char? Alchemy + Sell for real money?
8) Quit
9) Come back with different server
10) Repeating the whole process from 1 to 9 again.
